Privacy policy

Last updated October 24, 2026. This policy covers 304junk.com, run by 304 Junk Removal LLC in Morgantown, West Virginia.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, ZIP code, phone number or email, a description of what needs to go, the photos you attach, and any texts, calls or emails you send.

How we use it

To give you a quote, schedule your pickup, and contact you about your job. That’s it. We don’t sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your job.

Text messages

If you check the box to get texts, we use your number only to text you about your quote and pickup. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Texting terms.

Services that help run the site

• FormSubmit delivers the quote form details to our email.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the photos you send with a quote, and counts visits without cookies. Quote photos are deleted automatically after 90 days.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them to run the business and for our tax records.

Your choices
