Keepsakes set aside
Photos, papers, jewelry and anything that looks important goes in a box for the family.
We clear it out
Usable things get donated. The rest goes to the dump. Whole house in a day or two.
Broom-swept
We sweep up when we’re done, so it’s ready for the realtor, the landlord or the next owner.
Estate cleanout questions.
Does the family need to be there?
No. We work with realtors, executors and out-of-town family all the time. Hand off a key and we’ll keep you posted by text.
What happens to things worth keeping?
We set aside photos, papers, jewelry and anything that looks personal or valuable, and hand it back to you.
Can you take just some of it?
Yes. Clear the whole house, or just the pieces you point at.
How is it priced?
By how much of the truck it fills, same as any job. Most estate cleanouts take one or more full loads. We’ll give you a price from photos or after a look in person.
Got junk?
Text us a photo.
We’ll reply with a price within an hour (7am–8pm) and haul it within 1–3 days.
